SUMMARY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

1. Customer acknowledges, prior to taking rental items, that they examined it, saw it in operation, and are aware of its condition.

2. Customer agrees with the operating instruction and safe use of the item given by ACE.

3. Customer accepts responsibility and risk for operation and use of the rental items.

4. Customer accepts responsibility for the items if lost, stolen, or damaged while rented.

5. Customer agrees to immediately discontinue to use item if it becomes unsafe or in state of disrepair.

6. Customer agrees that items are rented for the period of the contract and ACE must be notified to obtain extended time on the contract.

7. Customer is responsible for the rental charges from the time item is taken to the time returned.

8. An optional Damage Waiver Charge (DWC) to relieve the customer of liability for accidental damage or loss due to fire, windstorm or upset based on prudent use of the item is available.  The DWC will not cover damage due to theft, burglary, collision or misuse.
